After nearly two decades of honing his skills in Japanese, American and Cantonese cuisine , chef Alsi “Wolf of kitchen” Sinanaj presents the craft of Japanese yakitori at Tribeca bar restaurant. Guests will be treated to a special evening of smoke and fire as they watch chef Alsi prepare a multi-course, kappo-style yakitori omakase featuring organic free range chicken and seasonal vegetables.
Yakitori (“yaki” meaning “to grill” and “tori” meaning “bird”) has a storied history in Japan. At Tribeca, we intend to honor and respect tradition while breathing new life into Thessaloniki City’s exciting dining culture. We look forward to serving you.
